Dan Schulz joined Macdonald Commercial in 2012. Prior to joining Macdonald, Dan was with
Colliers International for 14 years, where he held the title of Associate Vice President. Since
entering the commercial real estate brokerage industry on September 21st, 1998, Dan has
focused his activities on multi-family investment and development properties across British
Columbia.
Dan also has expertise in the sale of hotels, mobile home parks, and the strata wind up process.
To date, Dan is consistently among the top sales people in the industry and has accumulated
sales of over $900M. Dan is also the creator and writer of the BC Apartment Insider multi-family
market report.
Dan holds a BA (Honours) in Economics from Queen’s University and is affiliated with the Urban
Development Institute and Landlord BC.
Dan was Macdonald Commercial’s Leading Salesperson in 2014, and achieved Macdonald
Commercial’s Excellence Award in 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
