Chris Winckers

Chris has actively been involved in the sale of multi-family and development property since
2016, and has since been involved in $70,000,000 worth of transactions. Prior to joining
Macdonald Commercial, Chris was in charge of sales and marketing at one of the facilities of
North America’s largest private sector ice sports and Recreation Corporation.
In his first two full years in the business, Chris was involved in ten apartment building
transactions and was awarded Macdonald Commercial’s Sale’s Achievement Award in 2018 and
2019. Chris is actively involved in Landlord BC, having supported the organization’s golf
tournament and trade shows throughout the past two years.
Chris holds a BA in Communications from Simon Fraser University.
